About Me

Mark Hardman, MD, JD, CLS

Father, husband, physician, and veteran

Welcome to Personalized Medicine and Health Coaching. I’m Mark Hardman, and I’m excited to offer concierge telehealth services focused on preventing chronic disease and improving overall health.

I grew up in Newport News, VA, graduated from Virginia Tech, and earned my law degree at the University of Virginia, where I won two collegiate cycling national championships before passing the Virginia Bar. My legal career spanned healthcare law, regulatory analysis, and criminal defense, both in the private sector and the military. During my time as a Marine Corps judge advocate, I witnessed firsthand the lack of access to high-quality, patient-centered primary care for service members returning from war. That experience fueled my decision to pursue a career in medicine.

I earned my MD from the Uniformed Services University and completed a psychiatry internship before returning to the Marine Corps as a primary care physician for two tours. I gave my personal phone number to patients and remained committed to providing world-class care to our warfighters.

Now, as a civilian, I’m continuing my education in bioethics at Harvard Medical School while taking courses in health policy and innovation at the Harvard School of Public Health and Harvard Business School. My goal is to bring the concierge care model to telehealth, enhancing patient access and delivering personalized, preventive care. As a clinical lipidologist and certified diabetes educator, I use my expertise to help patients achieve optimal health.

I’m passionate about staying up to date with medical literature, especially in areas like cardiometabolic disease, obesity, and longevity. I also have a keen interest in sexual health, hormone replacement, and helping patients navigate the difference between hype and evidence-based medicine.

At Personalized Medicine and Health Coaching, I’m building a concierge telehealth practice for patients in Florida, New York, and Virginia. With a monthly subscription, you’ll have guaranteed access to healthcare focused on disease prevention and health maintenance. I look forward to meeting you and working together to improve your health and well-being.

Warm regards,

Mark Hardman
